    NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
     
    It is Ordered and Notice is given, that on June 6, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 710 2nd Avenue South, St. James, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, February 8, 2012, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Karen Lunz, whose address is 2253 140th Avenue, Trimont, MN  56176, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
    Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

    THE FOLLOWING IS AN AMENDMENT TO LEWISVILLE
    ORDINANCE #62, REPEALING THE
    PREVIOUS SECTION 3 AND REPLACING IT WITH:
    Section 3. Any person desiring to procure a license to keep any dog shall make application therefore to the Clerk of the City of Lewisville. Upon payment to said Clerk for each license of the fee established by the City Council and proof of current rabies vaccination by a veterinarian for each dog being licensed, said Clerk may issue to such person a license to keep such dog. Such license shall contain the name, description and registered number of each dog. The owner or keeper of any dog for which such license shall have been inssued shall cause such dog to wear around its neck a collar and shall cause to be attached to such collar a dog license tag to be furnished by the City Clerk. Such tag will be marked with a registered number of each dog.
    Licenses may be purchased for up to two years from the date of issue providing that proper proof of vaccination for such dog is given. The beginning date of the license will be the date of the current rabies vaccination for each dog. License fees shall be established by the City Council and may be amended from time to time. The initial annual licensing fee shall be $5.00 per dog per year. Licenses issued to a particular dog shall not be transferable and the transferring of any license in violation of this ordinance shall constitute a petty misdemeanor.
    This amendment shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
