    NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
     
    It is Ordered and Notice is given, that on June 6, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 710 2nd Avenue South, St. James, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, February 8, 2012, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Karen Lunz, whose address is 2253 140th Avenue, Trimont, MN  56176, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
    Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

    ORDINANCE NO. 908-02
    AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY OF BUTTERFIELD AMENDING SECTION 4.33 OF THE BUTTERFIELD CITY CODE IN REGARD TO PARKING ON FRONT YARD SETBACKS
    WHEREAS, because of repeated violations of Section 4.33 in regard to parking vehicles in front yard setbacks on residential property zoned R-1, the City Countil of the City of Butterfield is desirous of amending said Ordinance in regard to penalties.
    NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordained by the City Countil of the City of Butterfield as follows:
    Sec. 4.33 (a): Penalty. A person who violates this Ordinance shall be sentenced as follows:
    1. First time offenders: Any person who violates this Ordinance and has not violated the Ordinance within five (5) years prior to the violation is guilty of a petty misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50.00 and not more than $200.00.
    2. Second time offenders: Any person who violates this Ordinance for a second time within five (5) years prior to the violation is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not less than $100.00 and not more than $300.00.
    3. Misdemeanor offenses:
    a. Any person who violates this Ordinance and the violation is committed in a manner or under circumstances so as to endanger or likely to endanger any person or property is guilty of a misdemeanor.
    This Ordinance shall be effective as the date of first publication.
