  • NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ST. JAMES AND CITY OF SLEEPY EYE
    Notice is hereby given that the City of St. James will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Community Center located at 505 1st Avenue South, St. James, MN for the following purpose:
    The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the progress and performance of the joint grant application that the City of St. James and the City of Sleepy Eye received from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development Small Cities Development Program for funds to rehabilitate low to moderate income, owner-occupied single family households. The public hearing is intended to provide citizens with an update about the program. All persons who may have an interest in the program are encouraged to attend the public hearing.

    Notice is hereby given that the Watonwan County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. at the Watonwan County Courthouse in the Commissioner’s Room at 710 2nd Avenue South in St. James, MN for the following purpose:
