  • St. James Police Department welcomes Officer Tara Martin

  • Officer Tara Martin is now a police officer for the St. James Police Department.

    Martin is the daughter of Tena and Steve Martin of Rochester. She was raised in Rochester before attending Minnesota State University Mankato where she studied law enforcement and Spanish.
