    It is Ordered and Notice is given, that on November 26, 2012, at 10:15 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at the Watonwan County Courthouse, 710 Second Avenue South, St. James, Minnesota 56081, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated September 3, 2004, and for the appointment of Steven N. Sodeman, whose address is 42050 737th Avenue, St. James, Minnesota 56081, as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
    Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
    Notice is also given that subject to Minn. Stat. §524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage, dated the 25th day of June, 2009, executed by Maria Christina Vazquez Molina, a single person, as mortgagor, to Pioneer Bank, as mortgagee, filed for record in the office of the County Recorder in and for the County of Watonwan, and State of Minnesota, on the 30th day of June, 2009, as Document No. 211639; and that thereafter the mortgage was modified by a Modification of Mortgage dated the 9th day of July, 2012, and duly filed for record in the office of the County Recorder in and for the County of Watonwan and State of Minnesota on the 16th day of July, 2012, as Document No. 218724;

    FEEDLOT
    ORDINANCE
    Notice is hereby given, per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 215, and county’s feedlot ordinance, Chapter 5, that Chad and Brooke Lange have made an application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency/County of Watonwan, for a permit to build a new feedlot.
    The new feedlot will be located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 27 in Nelson Township, Watonwan County, Minnesota. The new barn will be 152’ by 164’ and will hold 3,300 pigs from approximately 12 pounds until 270 pounds for a total of 990 animal units. The proposed new barn will be total confinement witha 152’ x 164’ x 8’ below barn concrete manure storage pit under the barn for 13 months worth of manure storage. The total number of animal units on this site when construction is completed will be 990.
    This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot, as required by Minnesota State Law.
