• Minnesota receives first significant snow fall

  • Something happened this last weekend that hasn’t happened in Minnesota for more than a year – significant snow that affected the entire state.

    More than twelve inches of snow was reported in some areas, with winds gusting at 30 mph. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, there were 637 crashes statewide and 1,139 spinouts or requests for help by 6 a.m. Monday morning.
