Both the woman and the alleged drug dealer are homeless.

A Bismarck woman says her wallet was stolen as she tried to buy drugs from an acquaintance.

Police Sgt. Mark Buschena says a 41-year-old woman reported to police that she'd gone to a basement laundry room in an apartment building on the 300 block of West Interstate Avenue to meet a man to buy drugs. Buschena tells the Bismarck Tribune (http://bit.ly/Z3tkIg ) that both the woman and the alleged drug dealer are homeless.

Buschena says that the woman took out her wallet to pay for the drugs, and a $100 bill was visible. She says the drug dealer took the wallet and left.

Responding officers did not locate him in the area.
