Greg Thulien retires from electrical department

The community room in St. James held a party for Greg Thulien to celebrate his retirement from St. James Electric, Inc.

Thulien’s final scheduled workday is Dec. 31. He is unsure what he will do with his retirement, but looking forward to figuring it out.

Thulien worked at St. James Electric for 27 years. Prior to his experience in St. James, Thulien worked repairing electrical lines for the United States Navy and Southern Minnesota Electric.

He is originally from Jackson and the celebration took place Thursday, Dec. 20 with refreshments, friends and family.
