WHEREAS, the City of St. James receives from time to time donations for specific projects sponsored by the City of St. James,

AND WHEREAS, the City of St. James on an annual basis acknowledges the receipt of said donations,

AND WHEREAS, public recognition needs to be given to the generous individuals of the St. James Area.

NOW THEREFORE, the St. James City Council acknowledges donations made to the City of St. James for the following projects:

Hanging Basket Project - $2,891.00
St. James Fourth of July Fireworks Display - $3,000.00
Community Bloc Party - $869.51
St. James Community Kitchen Equipment Fund - $3,086.00
Fire Department – Equipment Fund - $3,122.50
St. James Princess Theater - $75,656.81

St. James Fire Department request bids for the installation of a 3,000 gallon tank and 1, 000 GPM pump on a 2004 Freightliner per specifications which will be provided upon request. Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Steven K. Laingen, whose address is 64915 430th Street, Butterfield, MN, 56120, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
