Nibbe, City Clerk - PO Box 70, St. James, MN 56081 in an envelope designated: “Campground Bid.” Bids must be returned by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at which time bids will be opened at City Hall. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
