The Saints hit the road December 19 to take on the New Ulm Eagles in hopes to grab a conference victory, but came out in an upset of 37-43.

"We struggled shooting tonight," said Head Coach Adam Schroeder. "When we shoot 22 percent from the field and go four for 16 from the free throw line, it's going to be tough to win against anyone."

The Saints went 16 for 70 from the field goal range and 25 percent from the line. The Eagles shot 30 percent from the field --hitting five three-pointers-- and shot an impressive 88 percent from the line.
