After 20 years of service to Pioneer Bank, Jim Paulson will retire at the end of this year, and the bank will host an open house for him Friday. “I'll miss the customers and the co-workers,” he said. “You build relationships over 20 years, and it's the contact with the people that I'll miss the most.” Paulson was the Watonwan County Recorder before he started working at the bank, and he had spent 14 years at the Farm Credit Administration prior to that.
