Mystic Brewery of Chelsea today announced that it will re-open its tasting room next week as “a classic artisanal beer cafe.”

In a release, owner Bryan Greenhagen said the brewery will now be offering full pours of all of its beers, including tankards of its Table Beer.

“This is a big step in our mission to help cultivate and develop the beer scene in the Boston area,” Greenhagen said in the release. “For us, well crafted beer is for celebrating life with good friends and good food. We are excited that beer-seekers will be able enjoy our beer in our own cafe as it’s meant to be enjoyed.”

Greenhagen said in the future the brewery will offer food pairings that include local and imported cheeses, breads and charcuterie.

The brewery’s taproom will be open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
