Rafael Gandarilla, 26, St. James, pleaded guilty Wednesday to second-degree possession of drugs, a felony.

His plea agreement calls for 50 months in prison, which is on the low end of sentencing for that count.

Gandarilla had one criminal history point on his record before his current troubles, said County Attorney Stephen Lindee. The high end for this count is 69 months, and the presumptive time is 58 months.
