This past spring season things got just a little greener for Overson Lumber Company and customer, Lucas Bowers.
Lucas Bowers was chosen as winner of the Overson Lumber Company $1,000 Shopping Giveaway. Bowers was selected at random from several entries submitted at the store from March 1-May 31, 2010.
Bowers, a carpenter by trade, bought a table saw and miter saw with the $1,000 prize. “I signed up everytime I came in the store, but never thought I would win,” said Bowers. “I have been a regular customer here at Oversons for over 10 years and really think the store is great.”
Bowers is a 1999 graduate of St. James High School.
The Oversons said they are delighted to provide one of their customers with the opportunity to make their work a little easier with the two saws he purchased. “We’re glad that Lucas was able to choose the tools he needed to help with his job,” said Lanny Overson. “We thank all those who entered the giveaway for their participation.”
Overson, serving the St. James community for many years, offers a complete line of hardware, plumbing, lumber and housewares. Oversons is a “Do It Best” Corp. member.
