For the past ten years, the role of St. James City Manager has been occupied by Joe McCabe. However, with McCabe set to retire at the end of the month, somebody will have to fill the vacancy of this very important position.
Enter Sam Hansen. This past December 1st was the new St. James City Manager’s first day on the job. During Hansen’s first month as City Manager, he is learning the tricks of the trade from McCabe.
