When I first arrived in St. James on the night of Friday September 30th, I did so with a brace on my left arm. The brace was there to protect my surgically repaired biceps tendon. I managed to rupture the tendon while lifting weights back in New York.
A few weeks ago, I was cleared by my doctor to begin physical therapy. While I am excited to finally begin rehabbing this injury, I was given strict orders not to lift any more than three pounds with my lame left arm.
