The Butterfield-Odin School Board reconvened at the school’s media center on Monday night for a special board meeting. The motion to close should state the statutory authority to close the meeting- Section 13D.05,subd.3(b) of the Open Meeting Law, and that the purpose of the closed session is for attorney-client privileged communication regarding the pending litigation of Lisa Shellum was carried.
  Also, the motion to approve an agreement with Apex Environmental for $7,614.40 to complete a site investigation required by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency due to a fuel oil release on school property was carried as well.
