This past Friday, Northside Elementary School fifth grade students participated in the school's annual science fair. Each year, the top science fair participants from the school are chosen to represent St. James at the regional science fair in Mankato. For teacher Susan Carlson who helped coordinate this event, this is an exciting annual event for youngsters and faculty alike.

"It's all about the kids and how creative they can be," said Carlson.
