The Watonwan County Library in St. James played host to a very creative arts and crafts project last Thursday afternoon. Shirley Coleman of the Watonwan County Library instructed a group of 14 people on how to create their very own decorative wreath. Eager patrons of the library used ceramic scissors to cut red, white, and blue handkerchiefs. These handkerchiefs were then folded and tied to a 12-inch metal wreath form.
