The St. James Area Volleyball team had a dominant night of volleyball on Tuesday night as all three squads “C” squad “B” squad and varsity all won their games against New Ulm.

During the varsity game sophomore Kaydi Anderson got her first career varsity kill as the Saints were nothing short of dominant during the game as they swept New Ulm in three sets. Other highlights for the Saints include strong performances from their serves. Leading the way for the Saints was Allison Wolle who went a perfect 17/17 serving. Also going perfect on serves was Callie Coleman and Hailey Harbitz who both went 10/10 serving. Danielle Chapin was also impressive serving going 16/18 and Kayla Hanson was 9/10 on serves.

The Saints also had 10 aces in the game. Leading the way was Hailey Harbitz who had 4 and Danielle Chapin who had 3. Kayla Hanson, Callie Coleman, and Brooklyn Mickelson also had 1 ace each. Other highlights include Allison Wolle having 21 assists in the game and Jadyn Anderson and Olivia Fredin both having a block in the game. Leading the team in digs was Callie Coleman who had 10, Brooklyn Mickelson had 8 in the game and Danielle Chapin had 6 in the game.
