With the first sighting of Minnesota Winter this week St. James High School was in the holiday spirit on Monday, Dec. 4 as they hosted their Holiday Solo Concert.
In total there were twenty different performances featuring twenty six different performers. The night featured a wide variety of different popular holiday songs.
Starting the concert was Johanna Alvarez who sang “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”. Up next was Korryn Karau and Luci Kulseth who sang “Bethlehem Bay” followed by Clare Lepp and Caleb Lorenz who played “Baby It’s Cold Outside”. On the stage next was Jovana Rodriguez who performed “O Holy Night” followed by Miguel Martinez and Riley Sandmeyer who performed “Amazing Grace”. Miriam Garcia and Lupita Moriel occupied the stage next as they performed “Christmas Everywhere” followed by Brandon Johnson who performed “ Mary Did You Know”. Next up was Amanda Dahl who performed “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” then Rachel Lang performed “Where Are You Christmas”. Madion Dougherty was next with her performance of “Thankful” followed by the performance of “The Snow begins to Fall” performed by Luci Kulseth, Jovana Rodriguez, Makenna Rotert and Emma Zender. Landon Hoppe was on the stage next for one of his two performances as he performed “ Believe”. Next was Yajahira Crispin who performed “Child of Love”.
