The space on the corner of First Avenue and Armstrong that once housed The Stray Cat, but went dark and empty in March, could be filled with a nail salon and spa as soon as next month.Maria Hidalgo, proprietor of Los Potros Mexican restaurant, said Serenity Now Salon & Spa will be a nail salon and spa, as well as featuring tanning and massage therapy. She plans to open sometime in August.
