Tucker Style, who plead guilty in May to fifth-degree assault, two or more previous convictions within three years, was sentenced July 12 in Watonwan County District Court. As part of his plea deal, he received credit for 66 days already served, and got a stay of imposition on further prison time. He will be placed on probation for five years, and, should it become necessary to revoke the stay, Style could be looking at over a year in jail.
