5th and 6th grade students at Armstrong Middle School were rewarded last week for achieving their reading goals for February, aka “I Love to Read” month. To celebrate, the students took time off from studies with kid sledding races, dodgeball, and Dance Revolution to name a few activities. The day was rounded out with a session of ice cream with all the toppings!
The afternoon’s events were something different for the students from years past. Teachers and administrators gave the kids an opportunity to blow off some steam for all their hard work.
