Bernard George Kleinschmidt Jr., of Lewisville, pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, penetration of a person under the age of 13, and one count of possession of child pornography.Both counts are felonies. The plea agreement calls for 144 months in prison for Kleinschmidt, and, when he’s released, he’ll have to register as a sex offender.
