There were many highlights of last weekend’s Madelia Park Days Celebration and All-School Reunion. The park was indeed a hot spot for events and recreation all weekend long. From volleyball, golf, and softball tournaments, to kiddie games, numerous food stands, a burnout competition, fireworks--even a record-breaking t-shirt stunt--there was truly something for everyone.
On Saturday afternoon the Grand Parade took place down Madelia’s main street. Hundreds if not thousands lined the streets to see the sights and sounds and gather up some candy!
