St. James’ Back Yards and Blooms tour, sponsored by the Crescent Community Club, will take place Monday and Tuesday, July 6 and 7. Open for viewing from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, the tour features five beautiful gardens in the St. James area and a stop at the Crescent Community Club for desserts.
Through hard work and dedication, the hosts of this year’s tour have created wonderful gardens they are willing to share with the community. Hosts of the tour include: Twyla Grefe, Gus and Jan Zender, Mike and Terri Kircher, Gary and Lynda Paxton, and the River House Guest Ranch.
If purchased in advance, tickets cost 10 dollars. Find tickets at the following businesses: The Country Collage, Encore Coffee Café, St. James Area Chamber of Commerce, Fleet and Farm, and the Eyecare Center of St. James.
With gardens in full bloom and delicious desserts waiting, the Back Yards and Blooms tour promises to satisfy all the senses.
