    Trevor Darkow, 29, of Mankato, Minnesota died on Monday, June 15, 2009 at his residence.
    Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Evangelical Lu­the­ran Church with Reverend Thomas Smith officiating. Inter­ment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Owatonna.
    Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church.
    Trevor S. Darkow was born on April 11, 1980 to Steve and Julie (Brugger) Darkow in Winona, Minnesota. He graduated from St. James High School in 2000 and then moved to Mankato where he lived at Griffin Housing and worked at Loyola High School. He was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church of Owatonna.
    Trevor was a very AVID Minnesota Twins fan; kept books diligently for every game. He also enjoyed pro wrestling and bowling.
    Survivors include his parents; brothers, Zachary and Kylene Darkow of Belle Plaine, MN, Tyler (Bridget Welch) Darkow of Owatonna, MN and Walker Darkow of Owatonna, MN; paternal grandparents, Ted and Gladys Darkow of Lamberton, MN; maternal grandfather, Jack Brugger of Winona, MN and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
    Trevor was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Delores Brugger and cousin, Kathleen Batalden.
    Michaelson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
