Northside Elementary new teachers
Johanna Alvarez, Jordyn Horn, Mara Docherty, Kaylyn Burr, and Lydia Ommodt have joined Northside Elementary teaching staff. Alvarez is joining Northside as a Special Education Paraprofessional.
National 4-H Week Oct. 2-8
October 2 - 8 is National 4-H Week. 4-H helps kids grow self confidence, the importance of being involved with your community, plus families make new friends.

Beyond Reason: Bare Bones
Night. In the back alley of a community theater, Rob waits patiently until finally, from within, a skeleton, SCOTT, emerges. Scott is approximately 206 bones. He’s wearing trousers, a sport coat, and a scarf.

Take a look
In a rural community, being a farmer is not a prerequisite for recognizing the onset of harvest, the signs are unmistakable. The colors of fall deepen and combines, grain carts, and trucks move across the countryside and highways. You don’t have to be a farmer, but it sure helps.
