A week from now we will be celebrating Thanksgiving with food, family, friends, and football. Hopefully, and more importantly, we will be giving thanks. Thanksgiving is an interesting subject in the Bible as there are not many examples given of thanksgiving. There is quite a bit of instruction on how, when, and where to give thanks within the constructs of both the Old and New Testaments, but there are few examples of people giving thanks.

Being a hero is easy as pie at annual Thanksgiving Day blood drive
ST. JAMES, Minn. (Nov. 14, 2022) — On Thanksgiving Day, people from St. James and surrounding areas will continue their annual tradition of showing thanks through blood donation. This blood drive, now in its 18th year, collects the most blood of any American Red Cross Thanksgiving Day community- sponsored drive in the U.S.

Miest and Trejo Race to Strong Finishes at State Cross Country
Levi Miest earned a spot on the All-State roster and America Trejo ran one of her best times ever at the MSHSL Cross Country State Championships at St. Olaf College on Saturday, November 5th. It was the 30th year for St. Olaf to host the event, crowning winners for team and individual titles for three classes.
