Region Nine Development Commission (RNDC) based in Mankato, MN has received a 2023 Aliceann Wohlbruck Impact Award from the National Association of Development Organizations (NADO) for the Region Nine Learning Exchange with North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany.RNDC led the 19-person delegation to Düsseldorf, Münster, Saerbeck, and Senden in NRW.
