ST. JAMES – Abigail Trevino, age 63, of St. James, died on Monday, January 24, 2022, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am, Monday, January 31, 2022, at St. James Catholic Church in St. James with Father Timothy Hall as celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in St. James.

Visitation will be Sunday at Sturm Funeral Home in St. James from 3-5pm and one hour before mass at the church on Monday.

Abigail Trevino departed her loving family on January 24th, 2022, at the age of 63. Abigail was born to Cirilo and Rafaela Sanchez on January 3rd, 1959, in Guanajuato, Mexico. She loved gardening and spending time with her children & grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Cirilo Sanchez. Mother; Rafaella Sanchez. Husband; Leonardo Trevino. Brothers; Juaquin and Ruben Sanchez. Abigail is survived by her daughters; Ana L. Belmonte (Emmanuel Belmonte), Carmina Trevino (Fausto I. Vivas), Belinda Cuellar (Cristian Cuellar) son; Jose I. Trevino (Shannice Sellner). Companion (Mario Gomez) Grandchildren; Cristian E. Cuellar, Ximena I. Cuellar, Leonardo Cuellar, and Rafaela I. Belmonte. Brothers; Tomas Sanchez (Gloria), Jose Sanchez (Balbina), Cirilo Sanchez(Marta), Juan Sanchez (Cecilia), Luis A. Sanchez (Roberta). Sisters; Felicitas Garza (Hector), Maria C. Tellez (Alfredo). Numerous nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.
