Lee Carlson Sports involvement for youth can provide many benefits such as improved academics and development of leadership skills but that is not the case for everyone. Holly Wolle is aiming to increase rates of positive outcomes, providing athletes with mental skills coaching, aiming to help athletes compete at their best, while also managing and prioritizing mental health.
