Summer’s End
There’s a psychological phenomenon known as the “Sunday Blues.” Perhaps you experience it yourself. I remember regularly having the feeling strongly in high school. For me, it always started around 3:00 of so (right after the Packers played in the fall), when the inevitability of school the next day swept in. It’s a feeling of anxiety, nausea, nervousness, irritability… some negative emotion that comes with the realization that we return to school or work the next day.

Holly Wolle is aiming to increase rates of positive outcomes, providing athletes with mental skills coaching, aiming to help athletes compete at their best, while also managing and prioritizing mental health.
