Holly Wolle is aiming to increase rates of positive outcomes, providing athletes with mental skills coaching, aiming to help athletes compete at their best, while also managing and prioritizing mental health.

I don’t think I mentioned this before but I am old. I graduated from Sleepy Eye High School in 1973. There wasn’t much for girls to do in those days. A couple of girls sports were added around that time but it was too late for me—I was already not athletic.

After St. James, many athletes find success at college level

Lee Carlson Achievements at the high school level often signal the end of athletic competition for most, but The Plaindealer had a chance to visit with several local student- athletes preparing for another year of competition. Academic demands, a higher level of competition, and finding confidence were common challenges across involvement with a variety of sports.
