The new wind chill calculation – well, we can’t really call it “new” anymore, as it’s been around since 2001 – is 35.74 + 0.6215T – 35.75(V0.16) + 0.4275T(V0.16) where T is the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit, and V is the windspeed in Miles Per Hour.
