Local Champ Enjoys Repeat of State Title, Impacts Program
Veterans Day holds great significance in our country and for Jared Schwanz it will hold added meaning after November 11th of 2022. Last Friday Schwanz, and the rest of the Jamestown Bluejays football team, earned a state championship for the second straight year.
Watonwan County Food Shelf Thanksgiving Basket Distribution
This year the Watonwan County Food shelf will be hosting a Thanksgiving Basket Distribution. This is set to take place on Sunday, November 20 from 1-3 pm at the Food Shelf located at 113 7th Street South in St. James.

Being a hero is easy as pie at annual Thanksgiving Day blood drive
ST. JAMES, Minn. (Nov. 14, 2022) — On Thanksgiving Day, people from St. James and surrounding areas will continue their annual tradition of showing thanks through blood donation. This blood drive, now in its 18th year, collects the most blood of any American Red Cross Thanksgiving Day community- sponsored drive in the U.S.
