Academic demands, a higher level of competition, and finding confidence were common challenges across involvement with a variety of sports.
Governing body makes changes to high school sports
Lee Carlson The Minnesota State High School League met on August 2 and decided on several changes for the upcoming 2022-23 school year. Along with a schedule change for the football Prep Bowl, a reduction in proposed fees was also determined.

Saints Wrestling will look for success under new head coach
