Kenneth Siebel

 Kenneth Siebel, 105, of North Mankato died on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Monarch Meadows in North Mankato.
 Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, June 10, 2022, at Sturm Funeral Home in St. James with Rev. George Dummann officiating.
 Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in St. James with full military honors provided by the St. James Veterans Honor Guard.

 Kenneth Lee Siebel was born February 14, 1917 to Clyde and Bessie Siebel (Freeman) of Grogan. He was the oldest of three children. He grew up on a farm by Grogan. After graduating from high school, he joined the Army. Ken served from 1939 – 1945. He was stationed in Alaska. Then he was transferred to the Air Corp and was stationed in Texas. After the war Ken went to college in Minneapolis. Ken was a salesman for Allis Chalmers. On December 30,1948 he was united in marriage with Clara Katherine Passion, starting a 72-year union with
her. They made their home in Columbia Heights. After retiring, he and Katherine moved to Lewisville, before moving to Fairmont 2017. December of 2021, Ken moved to North Mankato.
 Ken is survived by his sister, Norma Busse, many nieces, and nephews. Also, great/great-great-nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Katherine (June 13, 2021), his parents, sister and brother-in-law Loren and Ruth Gilman, brother-in-law Ervin Busse and great-nephew Jacob Busse.
