Its the first week of Artist of the Week for the 2022-23 school year. Fifth grader Anahi Ruiz-Morales is Northside Elementary’s Artist of the Week this week.

City of St. James City-Wide Clean Up Update

St. James, Minn., October 13, 2022 – The City of St. James hosted the city-wide clean-up event on Saturday, October 8, 2022. This event was free to the residents of St. James with the exception of appliances that contained freon.

Injuries Hamper Saints Chances Against Tough TMB Squad

St. James Area hosted the Tracy-Milroy-Balaton for a Saturday afternoon tilt, dropping a 35-0 decision to the visiting Panthers. Injuries posed a challenge and younger players stepped up to provide reinforcement.

4-H Golden Gleaners have started a new year

The Golden Gleaners is the local 4-H club based in St. James, there are seven families enrolled in the club. The club is very active within their community, they put together May Baskets for residents within the nursing home, assisted living, and Homestead.

Individual Tennis Tournament Features Wins by SJA Entrants

With a Section 2A team championship in the books, Saints netters returned for the individual portion of the competition. Singles entrants were #1 seed Eva Romsdahl and Maya Kulseth, seeded #6, and doubles teams of Allison Bluedorn and Keyana Haler, also seeded #1, and the #6 seeded duo of Alexis Brekken and Mykela Hanson.
